Kim with mom, longtime ago.
Let’s begin with an introduction so you know who is behind this blog. Born in California from a Norwegian father and a French Canadian mother, I’m now 28 years old. Starting last week, I’m the editor of this blog. And quite happy about the position because working with the Foundation is, simply put, great!
In normal times I live in an unusual country called the Democratic Republic of Congo. There, I’ve worked for the United Nations, a nature conservation organization and businesses in web development.
I’ve come back to Montreal last December preceding my mother’s passing away. Three years of fighting cancer was finally put to a stop. Following the sad event, I decided to stick around Montreal for a break in my life. In this pause, I decided it would be good to keep myself busy and motivated. This blog is the ensuing result.
